Camden Soucy
Camden was an active and healthy 4 year old until May of 2013, when the family received the shocking diagnosis of stage IV Neuroblastoma, a cancer that invaded and took over his body.  Camden's cancer was in both legs, pelvis, spine, right shoulder, skull, bone marrow and right adrenal gland and lymph nodes.  Camden underwent 5 rounds of intense chemotherapy, a stem cell harvest, surgery for tumor removal, additional rounds of chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, and 20 rounds of radiation.  He is now has 6 months of immunotherapy with every hope that this rigorous treatment will put Camden into remission.

Kaleigh Thereault
Kaleigh was born with a rare genetic disorder, Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC).  TSC causes benign tumors to grow in vital organs, such as the brain, heart, eyes, skin and kidneys. It is the leading genetic cause of both epilepsy and autism.  Kaleigh has tumors in her heart, brain, kidneys and skin.  Her TSC is a spontaneous genetic mutation, meaning she did not inherit the disease. As a result of her tumors, she has suffered severe epilepsy and heart failure as an infant and continues to have a weak heart. Her condition has caused significant developmental delays, as well as autism.  Kaleigh requires frequent medical visits to Boston and daily medications to control her epilepsy and heart conditions.
